The Steve Strecker Coach of the Year Award will be given yearly to one baseball and one softball coach. Please nominate a coach that you feel has impacted your child’s growth and development on and off the field, just as Steve Strecker did during his time at Lions Park. After Steve’s passing, so many ZLL parents commented on what a special coach Steve was, and how he created such a positive developmental environment, both for sports and life. If your coach exhibits these qualities, please nominate them and provide a short synopsis of why you believe he/she deserves this award.
Nominations are due Friday June 8 in order to be considered.
The recipients of this award will be named at the ZLL Closing Ceremonies on Saturday June 16 at 10:45 AM.
