It’s finally March and spring is just around the corner!   The month of March also signals time to register umpires for the 2013 Zionsville Little League baseball and softball season.  If you are age 12 or older with a strong understanding of the rules and an interest in umpiring, please take a minute to register as an umpire for the upcoming season.  Enthusiastic and qualified umpires are critical to a successful baseball and softball season.  It’s a great opportunity for responsible young men and women to earn money.

Registration is required and important for a number of reasons:

• Collect information to use for contacting and scheduling
• Determine level of interest to satisfy league needs
• Share information about expected training and pay
• Start the process for completing the required waiver form
