Register now for the Spring 2020 Rec Baseball and Softball Season

Registration for the 2020 Spring Rec Baseball, Softball, Tee Ball, and Challenger programs are open. Register by January 31, 2020, to take advantage of ZLL’s Early Bird Registration fees.  On February 1 registration fees increase by $50.

If you have participated in ZLL in the past, you will notice ZLL is using a new registration system. We have moved to TeamSnap as our registration service.

The registration process requires you to upload multiple documents, so please have those documents ready to upload (preferably in pdf or jpg format).  If necessary, you can complete the registration process now and upload documents at a later date (no later than April 1, 2020).  If you are having difficulty with uploading documents, finish the registration process and upload them later.

You will need the following documents to upload:

  • Birth certificate
  • Proof of Residency Documents

There are two options for proof of residency.  First, you can submit an official Little League School Enrollment Form which demonstrates your child attends a school located within the official ZLL boundaries (any Zionsville Community School).  You may also demonstrate attendance in a ZCS school through and official/certified school enrollment record.

Alternatively, you can submit 3 proof or residency documents if you do not use the School Enrollment Form/Official Record.  For this approach, you must submit one document from each of the three following categories (you cannot submit 2 documents from one category to count towards the 3 document requirement – it must be one from each category).  Each of these documents should include parents/guardians names, street address, city/state/zip, and be dated or in effect between February 1, 2019 and February 1, 2020.

Group I

  • Driver’s License
  • School Records
  • Vehicle Records (i.e., Registration, Lease, etc.)
  • Employment Records
  • Insurance Documents

Group II

  • Welfare/Child Care Records
  • Federal Records (i.e., Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)
  • State Records
  • Local (Municipal) Records
  • Support Payment Records
  • Homeowner or Tenant Records
  • Military Records

Group III

  • Voter’s Registration
  • Utility Bills (i.e., Gas, Electric, Water/Sewer, Phone, Heating, Waste Disposal)
  • Financial Records
  • Medical Records
  • Internet, Cable, or Satellite Records
