On Tuesday September 6 at 7 pm in the Lions Club building, the ZLL Board of Directors will hold its annual elections to select the Board for the 2016-2017 season. Any adult who had a child participate in our league may attend the meeting and vote on Board candidates.
We are also looking for volunteers for the Board. Our Board is comprised of 21 volunteer positions which manage and execute ZLL’s activities (see the list below). Our league supports more than 800 children each year and we can’t operate without volunteers to conduct our activities. Our committed volunteers are a critical factor in making Zionsville Little League the best youth sports experience in Zionsville.
If you would like to be more involved in Zionsville Little League, you may nominate yourself to be elected as a Board member. The best way to do this is to attend the September 6 meeting and nominate yourself. If you would like to nominate yourself or have questions about the Board positions, but cannot attend the meeting, please contact Zionsville Little League at news@zionsvillelittleleague.org.
