The nomination process for Rec league All-Star teams began on Monday May 19.

In 2014, ZLL has undertaken a new approach for nominating players for post-season All-Star teams.  The biggest change you will see this year is that players and coaches both have a role in the nomination process.  Players and coaches are allowed to nominate 5 players from their team.  Once the votes are tallied, any player that receives at least three points in the voting process will be considered a candidate for an All-Star team.  Manager and assistant coach votes are given higher weight than player votes.

The nomination process will be finished by the end of May.  Team selection will occur in early June, and teams will be announced on June 15.
