The winners have advanced to Championship Saturday and the elimination brackets are left with only one survivor, so now the contestants for Championship Saturday are set.

Before we lay out Saturday’s schedule of Championship games, let’s first recognize the Majac Electric White Sox as the Champions of the first 50-70 Division Tournament.  The White Sox defeated the Akard’s True Value Yankees Friday night after battling through 7 tough innings for a 23-17 victory.  Pictures and more details about the game will be posted on the ZLL web site over the next few days.

The remaining Champions in softball and baseball will be determined on Saturday.  Even if you don’t have a son or daughter playing in a Championship game, you should take some time watch some competitive and fun baseball and softball, all at the friendly confines of Lions’ Park.

10:00 AM Field 2:  Rookie 6/7 Baseball Championship – Tigers vs Rockies

11:45 AM Field 2:  Rookie 7/8 Baseball Championship – Indians vs Blue Jays

Rookie Softball – Championship Saturday Matchups – 3 games on Field 3 beginning in the morning

1:30 PM Field 2: AA Baseball Championship – Nationals vs Diamondbacks

4:00 PM Field 2: AAA Baseball Championship – Phillies vs Rockies; If Rockies win, a second game will be played immediately afterwards on Field 7

4:00 PM Field 3: Minors Softball Championship – Yellowjackets vs Wolfpack

6:30 PM Field 2: Majors Baseball Championship – A’s vs Orioles; if Orioles win, a second game will be played on Field 2 immediately afterwards

7:00 PM Field 3: Majors Softball Championship –  Tide vs Bulldogs
