The Zionsville Little League 10U Green All-Stars held off a furious rally by Brownsburg to defeat the Bulldogs 8-7 for their second victory in two days and thus claimed the District 8 Little League Tournament Title.  On Saturday, ZLL forced a second championship game defeating Brownsburg 12-7.  The Eagles responded to a loss earlier in the week to Brownsburg by responding with a victory in the elimination bracket against Broad Ripple, which set up the two win championship finals.  The Eagles finished the double elimination tourney with a 6-1 record.

The Eagles now advance to the State 10U Little League Championship this week where they will play 4 games in pool play for the opportunity to be one of four semifinalists vying for the state title.
