ZLL is committed to selecting the best available Managers to coach our team, and we strive to offer development opportunities through coaching clinics and performance feedback. To this end, parent and player input is important in achieving this goal. Through our on-line survey (link below) you have the opportunity to “Coach the Manager.” Now that the season is complete and while the experience is “fresh” please take a minute to complete the 2014 ZLL Manager survey.
As you proceed, please keep in mind that Managers in ZLL are volunteers and dedicate significant amounts of personal time and energy to their team and the league; typically, at the sacrifice of family and work circumstances. Managers need positive reinforcement for what they do well, so be sure to include these in your survey responses. And, of course, Managers are not perfect and can benefit from your constructive comments and work to improve. In all cases, your feedback is deeply appreciated.
Respondents may only complete one survey per Manager. However, both parents from a family may respond for a respective Manager as both points of view are important to ZLL. Also, if your child participates on multiple teams (Recreation, Showcase, All-Stars), you will need to complete separate surveys for each Manager. You may also complete separate surveys for each child participating in the league, unless multiple children have the same Manager; then, only one survey per parent applies.
