The Screaming Eagles and the Crush advance in the winners bracket of the Majors Softball tournament with victories on Saturday over the Gold Gloves and Dream Seam, respectively. The Screaming Eagles and the Crush have now both won 2 games each and will face each other Wednesday June 20 for the right to play on Championship Saturday.
Meanwhile, the Lady Bulldogs will battle the Gold Gloves for survival in the double elimination tournament on Monday 6/18. That game will be followed by the Flamingos going toe-to-toe with the Dream Seam. The winners survive to play each other on Tuesday.
In Minors Softball action on Saturday, the Shamrocks prevailed over the Blue Jays, and the Hoosiers toppled the Gold Blaze. The Shamrocks and the Hoosiers will battle on Wednesday to advance to Championship Saturday.
On Monday the Riptide take on the Blue Jays to survive and advance in the double elimination tournament. The Rockers and the Gold Blaze will finish Monday’s action and set the stage for the survivorvs of Monday’s game to face off on Tuesday.
Finally, in Rookie Softball games, the Pirates knocked out the Crush to advance against the Blue Eagles on Monday. The Dolphins defeated the Comets to set up a match against the Fire Birds on Tuesday evening.
