The Rules clinics for Rookie umpires and returning umpires with only one year experience will be held on Monday March 20 and Monday March 27 at the Lions Club building at 115 S. Elm Street.  Umpires need to attend only one of the sessions, not both.

The clinics will run from 7 pm to 9 pm.   A rules overview will be conducted from 7 pm to 8:15 pm.  Rookie umpires will be required to take an exam which will run from 8:15 pm to 9 pm.  Returning umpires do not need to take the exam.
