Registration for 2017 Rec Baseball and Softball is now open

Registration for the 2017 Rec Baseball and Softball programs are now open.

Registration is online only at the following link:

Register before February 2nd to save $50 on late registration fees.  We strongly urge families to register by February 2 not only to save  money but also to ensure your child participates in evaluations, which are conducted in February.  The evaluation process is important to establish fair teams.

ZLL is using a new online registration system.  Families involved in our Fall and Showcase programs will be familiar with it.  One major change to our registration system is that you have to upload electronically the players birth certificate, medical release forms, and proofs of residency.  All documentation must be uploaded during registration and approved by ZLL prior to evaluations.  We are not accepting paper documentation.

To stay up-to date on important events in the season, check the ZLL calendar on our web site:

You can also follow us on Facebook ( or Twitter (@ZionsvilleLL) if you want news and updates more quickly.

ZLL will post schedules for the February evaluations on our web site, and announce them through Facebook, Twitter and email.  Attendance is mandatory. If your player is unable to attend one of the provided dates/times, please notify the ZLL Player Agent, Ashley Alexander, at

Team drafts and selections will occur in late February.  You should hear from your child’s coach in late February or early March.

For uniforms, baseball players are asked to provide their own socks, belt, and pants.  ZLL will provide a team jersey and hat.  Colors will be determined after team assignments.

Softball players are asked to provide a pair of gray pants to coordinate with the ZLL provided jersey and socks. It is also strongly recommended that every softball player also purchase a face mask with the rest of their equipment.
